Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll schedule an in-person walkthrough in your home to finalize the plan. From there, you’ll sign the Service Agreement, submit your deposit, receive your invoice and be one step closer to bringing your vision to life.

We will check in with you on project details, including style preference, budget, and finalize products that may be needed for your project.

Before your session, payment is due in full. We will finalize your product and style preferences.
The day before your session, we will touch base to confirm timing and day-of information.

Our organizing process is designed to be simple, seamless, and completely tailored to your home. Once we begin, our team handles everything from sorting and purging to organizing, labeling, and finessing every detail. At the end of the session, we’ll walk you through your beautifully refreshed spaces, explain the systems we’ve put in place, and share easy, practical tips to help you maintain them long-term.

Our support does not end when the session does. After your organizing project is complete and you have had time to settle into your refreshed space, we will follow up to ensure everything feels functional, intuitive, and aligned with your lifestyle. This is your opportunity to share feedback, ask questions, or request small adjustments because we want you to love your space just as much as we loved creating it.

Meet Kya
Behind Planned & Placed is Kya, whose love for organization runs deep. She has always believed that an organized space can change the way you feel in your everyday life. With an eye for detail and a knack for turning chaos into calm, she helps clients create spaces that are functional, beautiful, and stress-free.
Her passion shows up everywhere… including at home, where her husband, Rylee, frequently hears the phrase “don’t put it down, put it away.” It started as a running joke, but it perfectly sums up her commitment to simple, sustainable systems.
Kya and Rylee have a sweet golden retriever, Calla, and love spending time with family and friends. You’ll often find them at the wrestling gym or traveling to a wrestling tournament.
Kya brings warmth, intention, and genuine care into every project, helping people feel supported, understood, and excited about their spaces again.
